Responsibilities

• ▹Onboard and guide new customers through initial deployment, integration and configuration of the Kubernetes platform
• ▹Act as a technical advisor, helping customers optimize usage and implement best practices
• ▹Troubleshoot complex issues related to Kubernetes, container orchestration, networking and platform configuration
• ▹Deliver technical training sessions, workshops and demos for users of varying expertise
• ▹Proactively monitor customer success, usage metrics and health indicators to identify roadblocks and improvement areas
• ▹Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• ▹Collaborate with support, product and engineering as the voice of the customer
• ▹Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, satisfaction and long-term success

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g. Customer Success Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Cloud Native Consultant, DevOps Consultant, Technical Support Engineer)
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
• ▹Proficiency in cloud-native tools (e.g. Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Istio) and understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ▹Experience with Linux systems, DevOps practices and infrastructure automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
• ▹Strong troubleshooting skills and critical thinking under pressure
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Customer-focused mindset

Nice to have

• ▹Experience supporting enterprise customers or working with complex technical environments
• ▹Familiarity with GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Go, Python, Bash)
• ▹Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in the cloud-native community
