Responsibilities

• ▹Lead multiple teams and their Engineering Managers, supporting career development through coaching and performance management
• ▹Own end-to-end delivery for the teams, ensuring projects are planned, executed and delivered on time and at high quality
• ▹Partner with Product, Design, Data Science and business stakeholders to align technical delivery with business outcomes
• ▹Guide teams toward high-impact opportunities using domain expertise
• ▹Support technical direction and architecture without being deeply hands-on with code
• ▹Drive alignment on cross-team dependencies and technical prioritisation
• ▹Champion engineering best practices and a culture of technical innovation
• ▹Drive operational excellence, ensuring robust monitoring, alerting and incident management processes
