Senior Software Engineer I – Onboarding Experience

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build highly available, robust distributed backend systems
• ▹Improve Know Your Customer (KYC) flows to provide the best possible onboarding experience for customers
• ▹Create scalable solutions for verification methods
• ▹Design and implement onboarding initiatives that adapt to regional needs
• ▹Participate in product roadmapping and strategy sessions with the product management team
• ▹Own a technical roadmap to ensure the application is maintained to high standards
• ▹Translate product requirements into technical specifications
• ▹Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
