Senior SAP Consultant / Project Manager - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Take overall responsibility for operational planning, steering and monitoring of project progress
• ▹Coordinate the technical implementation work and ensure the functional quality of results
• ▹Organize and lead project teams, set goals, milestones and work packages
• ▹Ongoing project reporting and controlling
• ▹Regular alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• ▹Lead Steering Committee meetings, including at management or C-level
• ▹Optimize and redesign business processes
• ▹Manage several projects in parallel

Requirements

• ▹Completed university degree, ideally in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
• ▹Several years of project management experience in IT or software projects
• ▹In-depth know-how in SAP modules and in mapping business processes in SAP
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ▹Willingness to travel 30–40% to the customer or to the office in Halle (Saale) and to support international projects on site

Nice to have

• ▹Project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile
