Responsibilities

• ▹Manage HR technology (sub)projects and actively guide clients through SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• ▹Work on Employee Central incl. Time Management: personnel and organisational master data, time recording, absences and the underlying processes
• ▹Provide strategic advice and technical implementation while continuously deepening Human Capital expertise with colleagues
• ▹Accompany clients through the whole process from proposal and implementation to a successful go-live
• ▹Network with the international Deloitte community and build internal knowledge together with colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Completed university degree, preferably related to HR or IT
• ▹2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in IT implementation with a background in Employee Central or SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT), or experience with modern HR-IT systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle
• ▹Solution orientation, structured way of working and an understanding of complex contexts
• ▹Fluent German and English, willingness to travel occasionally
