Responsibilities

• ▹Adapt LLMs to diverse healthcare use cases using techniques such as SFT, PEFT, DPO and PPO
• ▹Optimize LLMs for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve decision-making and information retrieval
• ▹Collect, clean and refine healthcare datasets for LLM training to ensure high-quality data
• ▹Convert models into formats suitable for production environments

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software engineering, building production-grade deep learning solutions
• ▹Academic degree in computer science, data science or a related field; M.Sc. or Ph.D. strongly preferred
• ▹Demonstrated expertise in model tuning frameworks like Axolotl
• ▹Familiarity with model serving frameworks, including vLLM, TGI and llama-cpp
• ▹Knowledge of model quantization techniques and frameworks for resource-constrained environments
• ▹Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch
