Technical Onboarding Specialist – Practice Software (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

• ▹Safely and cleanly migrate patient and appointment data from legacy practice systems into the new software
• ▹Communicate proactively with practices on technical matters by phone and email, guiding them through the entire onboarding process
• ▹Act as an in-house expert supporting Sales and Deployment teams on system configuration, API integrations, and complex onboarding cases
• ▹Integrate the all-in-one software into existing practice management systems and set up interfaces
• ▹Develop trainings, automate processes, and contribute to the Innovation Lab

Requirements

• ▹Good command of Excel (or similar tools), with basic experience in SQL or regular expressions
• ▹Confident German language skills and secure English communication
• ▹Tech basics: APIs, IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs
• ▹Strong communication skills on the phone and in online meetings
• ▹Curiosity about new topics, especially health technology and digital processes
