Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery (scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk) of enterprise AI deployments
• ▹Lead implementations from SOW kickoff through design, integration, UAT, go-live and hypercare
• ▹Drive execution across cross-functional delivery pods (Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Architects, partners)
• ▹Maintain project governance: project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, change requests
• ▹Act as primary delivery contact for enterprise customer stakeholders, including executives
• ▹Lead governance meetings, steering committees, UAT reviews and go-live readiness discussions
• ▹Coordinate technical delivery across integrations, infrastructure and deployment readiness
• ▹Support pre-sales scoping, resource estimation and SOW reviews
• ▹Manage co-delivery with system integrators, GSIs, BPOs and implementation partners
• ▹Mentor junior TPMs and help scale delivery best practices

Requirements

• ▹6+ years in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, consulting or professional services
• ▹Proven experience leading complex enterprise deployments with multiple stakeholders
• ▹Strong technical credibility discussing integrations, APIs and infrastructure dependencies
• ▹Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• ▹Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• ▹Highly organized and execution-oriented in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• ▹Strong ownership mindset, proactively driving issues to resolution
• ▹Experience mentoring junior team members or building delivery processes

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with conversational AI, LLMs or enterprise AI deployments
• ▹Exposure to CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Five9, NICE or Avaya
• ▹Experience supporting pre-sales scoping, SOW development or resource estimation
• ▹PMP, Scrum Master, Agile or related certification
• ▹Experience working with SIs, GSIs, BPOs or multi-region delivery programs
