Senior Partner Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Enable partners to confidently position, demo and implement Parloa's platform
• ▹Lead technical discovery, translating business needs into scalable AI agent solutions
• ▹Support POCs, demos and technical validations to drive deal progression
• ▹Act as hands-on advisor designing solution architectures using Parloa's platform, sandbox and APIs
• ▹Build partner capability to independently drive high-quality opportunities
• ▹Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support partner-led and co-sell motions
• ▹Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences
• ▹Build and maintain relationships with strategic and emerging partners
• ▹Identify expansion opportunities across use cases, customers and regions
• ▹Support development of scalable enablement assets and best practices

Requirements

• ▹8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting or similar pre-sales role, ideally in SaaS, AI, CCaaS or enterprise software
• ▹Strong technical foundation, comfortable leading discovery, solution design and technical validation
• ▹Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with high-level solution storytelling
• ▹Comfortable in enterprise sales environments, aligning technical solutions with commercial outcomes
• ▹Strong communicator engaging both technical audiences and senior business stakeholders
• ▹Proactive, collaborative approach to enabling partners, customers and internal teams

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with technology or services partners in pre-sales or enablement
• ▹Familiarity with Conversational AI, contact center technology, VOIP or chatbots
• ▹Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools
• ▹Background in digital transformation or CX optimization initiatives
