Senior Agent Architect

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners
• ▹Leverage knowledge of LLM internals (e.g., embeddings) to analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts
• ▹Simplify complex workflows into digestible conversational components
• ▹Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex)
• ▹Build and configure integrations between customer systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, contact center) and the Parloa platform
• ▹Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios
• ▹Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behaviour, quality and performance; document best practices

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development
• ▹Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft LLM prompts aligned with desired outcomes
• ▹Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies (chain-of-thought, few-shot learning)
• ▹Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Analytical thinking, knowledge of data structures, system integrations and enterprise APIs
• ▹Familiarity with API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT), data transformation
• ▹Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools (Postman)
• ▹Experience reading API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms
• ▹Exceptional attention to detail, familiarity with A/B testing methods

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building custom connectors via integration platforms such as Paragon (TypeScript)
• ▹Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Familiarity with middleware architecture
