Responsibilities

• ▹Scope and implement AI Agent deployments involving SAP-backed systems and processes (e.g. SAP Service Cloud/CRM)
• ▹Leverage LLM knowledge to analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts, including SAP-sourced data cases
• ▹Simplify complex workflows into digestible conversational components
• ▹Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex)
• ▹Build and configure integrations between customer systems and the Parloa platform, including SAP CX/ERP surfaces
• ▹Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on SAP-specific connectivity, authentication and data-access patterns (OData, REST/SOAP, OAuth2/SAP IAS/XSUAA)
• ▹Identify and solve blockers with other Parloa departments and customer SAP teams
• ▹Apply structured testing for integration-dependent paths (partial responses, authorization failures, latency)
• ▹Document best practices and how-to guides

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development (implementation settings, not only concept work)
• ▹Exposure to SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar AI extensions within SAP
• ▹Experience with conversational AI/contact center/CX technology in an SAP context
• ▹Demonstrable SAP integration experience in live enterprise delivery (SAP BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, CRM)
• ▹Solid understanding of SAP APIs and data access patterns (OData v2/v4, REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAP IAS/XSUAA)
• ▹Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow design skills
• ▹Analytical and structured communicator: explicit trade-offs, decisions, next steps
• ▹Proficiency with JSON/XML, API testing tools (Postman), reading enterprise API documentation
• ▹Fluency in German and English required

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with or for SAP system integrators in delivery or presales-adjacent roles
• ▹Familiarity with cloud landing zones commonly paired with SAP (e.g. Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes concepts, TypeScript/Node.js
• ▹Git-based collaboration and CI/CD exposure
