IT Support Customer Service (with German)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide first-line support to customers and users
• ▹Ensure customer satisfaction with the products, services and features of the tool
• ▹Take full responsibility for tickets: diagnose and resolve problems reported by users
• ▹Work with technical teams to resolve tickets
• ▹Work with the Implementation and Onboarding teams of the DACH team
• ▹Develop and update the knowledge base in the global IT Support department
• ▹Test new features
• ▹Take part in additional projects matching your strengths and skills

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
• ▹Very good German (at least B2+/C1+)
• ▹Good English (at least B2)
• ▹Accuracy and attention to detail
• ▹Highly developed communication skills inside and outside the organization
• ▹Very good work organization in a remote model
• ▹Analytical skills
• ▹Quick learner, able to pick up new digital skills

Nice to have
