Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues: troubleshooting, root cause, resolution, communication
• ▹Serve as point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring meticulous resolution
• ▹Work with R&D and product teams on escalations and enhancement requests
• ▹Enrich the client Knowledge Base with relevant technical information
• ▹Create and lead support improvement processes
• ▹Provide product feedback and insights to business and R&D teams
• ▹Manage internal projects (training, support readiness for new releases, etc.)
• ▹Serve as technical point of contact for select VIP customers

Requirements

• ▹Passion for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment
• ▹2+ years of experience in technical support / QA / data analysis / development / technical account management
• ▹Experience with SQL querying and data analysis
• ▹Knowledge of at least one programming language
• ▹Business proficiency in English
• ▹Ability to manage communication between clients, internal business teams, and engineering
• ▹Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• ▹Multitasking and independent work
• ▹Structured, process-oriented approach

Nice to have

• ▹Web/mobile marketing and/or digital advertising experience
• ▹Mobile development/testing experience (iOS, Android)
• ▹Familiarity with Big Data technologies
• ▹Experience working with different APIs
• ▹Experience with LLM and AI Agents

Soft skills

What we offer

• ▹OTE range $110,000-$120,000 (including bonus/commission) for US-based candidates
