Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the sales process technically, from discovery through tailored demos to a solution architecture that fits the customer's system landscape
• ▹Lead discovery workshops and technical deep dives with prospects and assess technical feasibility
• ▹Design scalable solution architectures including integration, configuration and implementation recommendations
• ▹Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product and feed customer insights directly into product development
• ▹Develop reusable templates, playbooks and reference architectures for the internal teams
• ▹Share your technical knowledge with Sales, Customer Success and Support

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in business informatics, real estate economics or a comparable field
• ▹Experience in a customer-facing role with a presales focus, such as consultant, sales engineer or solution architect
• ▹Experience with SaaS platforms and modern web technologies
• ▹Ability to translate business processes into digital solutions and explain complex topics clearly
• ▹Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional collaboration
• ▹Business-fluent German and English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the real estate or construction industry
