• ▹Support ongoing KPI development and performance measurement
• ▹Develop cloud-based workflows and automation processes
• ▹Utilize AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and business operations
• ▹Assist with AI-powered data analysis and workflow optimization
• ▹Support API integrations between business platforms
• ▹Recommend process improvements that reduce manual work
• ▹Support SQL queries and database reporting
• ▹Perform data extraction, transformation and validation
