Responsibilities

• ▹Identify manual, repetitive or slow processes and turn them into AI-powered tools and automations
• ▹Design and build LLM-based agents that can reason, use tools and complete multi-step tasks autonomously
• ▹Own projects end to end, from scoping the problem and understanding the business need to designing, building and shipping the solution
• ▹Integrate LLMs and agents with internal systems and third-party tools
• ▹Work directly with team leads to find where AI can unlock the most impact and translate that into working products
• ▹Measure the productivity and efficiency gains of your work and iterate based on real usage

Requirements

• ▹Strong, proven experience working with LLMs in production: prompting, fine-tuning, RAG or agent-based systems
• ▹Deep knowledge of agent frameworks and designing multi-step, tool-using workflows
• ▹Track record of shipping tools or automations that measurably improved productivity or performance in a company
• ▹Strong Python skills and comfort integrating APIs, webhooks and third-party tools
• ▹Business vision: understanding how a company operates and spotting high-leverage automation opportunities without being told where to look
• ▹Comfort working in fast-moving, data-heavy environments where speed and iteration matter
• ▹Ability to work autonomously, prioritize based on impact and ship without waiting for perfect conditions
• ▹Knowledge of the broader AI ecosystem (agents, copilots, automation platforms) and turning new capabilities into working tools fast
• ▹Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
• ▹Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar)
• ▹Experience with automation/workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• ▹Experience building tools involving data pipelines, dashboards or reporting systems
• ▹Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
• ▹Experience building tools involving paid or organic acquisition data (campaigns, channels, attribution)
