Responsibilities

• ▹Defines the scope of technical work for the workstream
• ▹Owns the architectural direction, documenting tradeoffs
• ▹Responsible for code quality, architecture, and technical direction across the team
• ▹Writes and reviews production code across the stack
• ▹Integrates AI and LLM capabilities into client applications (agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, intelligent automation)
• ▹Anticipates technical risk and defines mitigation strategies
• ▹Participates in scoping discussions and SOW architecture
• ▹Demonstrates ideas with POCs
• ▹Serves as senior technical point of contact with client engineering leaders
• ▹Writes monthly feedback for engineers on the workstream
• ▹Mentors engineers through real technical challenges
• ▹Organizes and breaks down complex work for the team
