Lead Product Manager, Data Sources

Responsibilities

• ▹Own execution of the roadmap for the Data Sources platform
• ▹Drive the roadmap for parsing income and document types, improving accuracy and reducing manual review
• ▹Expand the catalog of supported document types and own the end-to-end product surface from upload to verified output
• ▹Define and ship the fraud signal layer, including document tampering detection, deposit-pattern anomalies, identity mismatches, and synthetic income flags
• ▹Lead the bank aggregation product, connection success rates, refresh cadence, and coverage
• ▹Set, instrument, and defend SLAs across every data source
• ▹Set the multi-quarter roadmap across documents, fraud, and aggregation
• ▹Write specs and 1-pagers, partnering with Engineering and Data Science
• ▹Talk to clients weekly and turn feedback into a prioritized roadmap
• ▹Own key metrics such as parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, bank connection success, and SLA hit rate
• ▹Lead and mentor product managers and engineers

Requirements

• ▹Experience owning data infrastructure, machine learning, or fraud-prevention products
• ▹Experience working with financial data aggregation
• ▹Ability to partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, Customer Success, and GTM teams
