Customer Solution Lead – Solution Architect (Pre-sales Focus)

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify business opportunities and define new IT services and solutions
• ▹Ensure new initiatives are feasible technically, commercially, and in terms of delivery
• ▹Coordinate technical teams and Service Delivery Managers during implementation
• ▹Be responsible for pricing and actively contribute to proposal work
• ▹Ensure services are properly documented and communicated to the client
• ▹Actively maintain and develop the service and sales pipeline
• ▹Support client dialogue, client plans, and overall client strategy
• ▹Work closely with the sales organization in the pre-sales phase to design client-tailored IT solutions

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sales Architect, or similar role in IT infrastructure or services
• ▹Advanced knowledge of service development and IT delivery in complex environments
• ▹Ability to turn business opportunities into technical solutions
• ▹Experience with customer relationships and business development
• ▹Good practice in documentation and quality assurance of IT services
• ▹Fluent Swedish

Nice to have

• ▹Good English skills
• ▹Experience with pricing and proposal work in the IT sector
• ▹Background as a systems architect or business analyst
