Business Architect - Information Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and maintain concepts, terminology and information models
• ▹Structure and quality-assure information domains
• ▹Ensure traceability, information ownership and governance of information resources
• ▹Establish processes and decision forums for terminology and concepts
• ▹Change and harmonize existing information structures
• ▹Ensure information architecture work is linked to the organization's goals and expected outcomes
• ▹Work closely with subject-matter experts, solution and business architects, and development teams

Requirements

• ▹Relevant higher education in informatics, information architecture, computer science or equivalent as assessed by the employer
• ▹Several years of experience as an informatician, information architect or similar role in an organization with a complex information structure
• ▹Solid experience defining, documenting and maintaining conceptual and logical information models
• ▹Experience establishing shared concepts and terminology and driving terminology change work
• ▹Experience ensuring interoperability and high information quality in systems and services
• ▹Good understanding of how information models translate into technical solutions
• ▹Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from healthcare and/or life sciences
• ▹Experience with standards such as HL7, FHIR or other domain-specific information standards
• ▹Experience with modeling languages

Läkemedelsverket's IT organization consists of the Digitalization unit (DIG) and the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and User Support unit (CIA), with DIG numbering around 90 employees. The agency operates under Swedish and European legislation, and its IT systems are often integrated with national and international systems.
