Responsibilities

• ▹Independently drive the M365 area forward, collaborating with different teams
• ▹Investigate and implement new solutions
• ▹Identify deviations, risks and misconfigurations in the platform
• ▹Participate in ongoing projects, handle requests for new services, act as an advisor
• ▹Produce and maintain documentation
• ▹Ensure the integration between on-prem and cloud services works effectively and securely

Requirements

• ▹Post-secondary IT education or equivalent professional competence
• ▹At least 3 years of relevant technical experience with M365 services in a larger organization
• ▹Broad experience and technical competence across different parts of IT operations
• ▹Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 roadmap, proactively identifying and rolling out useful features
• ▹Experience working proactively on security in M365, identifying vulnerabilities and conducting security reviews
• ▹Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
• ▹Experience leading technical assignments
• ▹Experience with PowerShell scripting
• ▹Incident handling, working with external vendors and stakeholders
• ▹Experience with Entra ID and Azure
• ▹Experience with tools such as Microsoft Secure Score, Defender portal, Compliance Manager, Azure Advisor
