Responsibilities

• ▹Lead strategic architecture questions
• ▹Drive a long-term, sustainable architecture strategy
• ▹Contribute to the organization's strategic development and ensure sound overall solutions
• ▹Lead production of materials describing the business's architecture
• ▹Turn business needs into actual deliveries, e.g. via solution patterns and technical requirements
• ▹Collaborate in external networks, lead other architects in working groups
• ▹Lead the architecture team

Requirements

• ▹Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• ▹At least four years of current, relevant experience in architecture at strategic and tactical level
• ▹Experience using models to analyze and document architecture
• ▹Experience delivering IT solutions built on modern distributed architecture
• ▹Good Swedish and good English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with larger renewal and transformation projects
• ▹Several years of experience leading others
• ▹Experience presenting information both verbally and in writing, internally and externally
• ▹Experience implementing AI solutions
