System Manager with Team Lead Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• ▹Work as a specialist responsible for the operation, development and maintenance of systems
• ▹Contribute to ongoing development through requirements and test work
• ▹Ensure high availability through improvement work, troubleshooting, analysis and defect resolution
• ▹As team lead, support prioritization and help establish effective ways of working
• ▹Represent the team in various forums, e.g. cross-organizational planning
• ▹Work closely with the unit manager to ensure the team has the right conditions

Requirements

• ▹Academic education in IT or several years of equivalent professional experience
• ▹Experience identifying and driving changes to IT systems
• ▹Experience leading requirements and test work in an agile organization
• ▹Understanding of the importance of collaboration between IT and the business
• ▹Good Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SQL
• ▹Experience with system management models
• ▹Experience with Azure DevOps
• ▹Experience with .NET, C#, COBOL, NServiceBus
• ▹Certified scrum master
• ▹Certification in requirements and/or test work
