IOS Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical and software support to customers by phone, email and remote access
• ▹Support intra-oral scanners (IOS) and related systems
• ▹Handle everything from simple settings to more complex issues, including assisting dentists during patient treatment
• ▹Pre-install and configure scanners before delivery to customers
• ▹Report to the IOS Service & Support Manager, working within a Swedish support team of 6 colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Good IT and computer skills, genuine technical interest
• ▹Experienced user of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams
• ▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹IT background through education or work experience
• ▹Experience with CRM systems
• ▹Experience in customer support/service or IT support
• ▹Previous experience with intra-oral scanners or similar dental digital tools
