IT Strategist

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure IT infrastructure and technology choices support the organization's long-term goals by developing and maintaining IT strategies, target architecture and principles
• ▹Prioritize based on business value, security and cost-effectiveness, translating industry trends into concrete choices for a modern, sustainable IT environment
• ▹Play an active coordinating role in an environment where all IT operations are outsourced
• ▹Coordinate deliveries, govern suppliers, and follow up on quality, cost and results
• ▹Act as the link between the business and technology, driving work forward with both internal and external parties
• ▹Move between strategic questions and concrete decisions, focusing on coordination, prioritization and follow-up

Requirements

• ▹Academic education in IT, or several years of experience in the field
• ▹Experience from larger organizations or complex, enterprise-level IT environments where infrastructure, architecture and security are central concerns
• ▹Experience working in contexts where supplier governance and outsourcing are important parts of the delivery
