Senior Project Manager, Digital Development – Health and Social Care

Responsibilities

• ▹Own complex projects from planning through implementation, responsible for meeting goals, schedule, budget and quality
• ▹As the first project, lead the procurement, transition and implementation of a new business system supporting elderly care and disability support services
• ▹Drive and coordinate the entire procurement process and lead the transition to the new system
• ▹Work closely with the business side, IT, suppliers and other stakeholders
• ▹Manage risks, track project progress and lead change and implementation activities
• ▹Create and maintain project and implementation plans
• ▹Coordinate training, information and change initiatives for managers, employees and other stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Academic or post-secondary education in e.g. systems science, health and social care, social science, public administration or project management
• ▹Solid experience leading change or digitalization projects in complex organizations
• ▹Experience with procurement, project methodology and business development, coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional project teams
• ▹Strong Swedish language skills, spoken and written
