Pega Lead System Architect for the Center of Excellence

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the architecture work and set direction for the platform's development
• ▹Design and maintain standards, guidelines, and component architecture for reuse and scalability
• ▹Provide active support to product teams on architecture questions and design decisions
• ▹Coach and develop SSAs and other Pega resources across the organization
• ▹Contribute to the CoE's documentation, templates, and internal knowledge base

Requirements

• ▹Active PCLSA certification (Pega Certified Lead System Architect)
• ▹At least 8 years of work experience with Pega
• ▹Experience leading architecture work in Pega projects, including case management design, data model, and integration layer
• ▹Experience designing or maintaining platform standards and reusable component architecture
• ▹Experience with Pega 8.x or Pega Infinity, as well as Pega Constellation and DX APIs
• ▹Fluent communication ability in Swedish or English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the public sector or another regulated industry
• ▹Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decision logic
• ▹Experience working within a CoE structure or similar platform governance function
• ▹Experience with system development at a government agency
