Pega Head of Technology for Procured Services

Responsibilities

• ▹Take overall technical responsibility and set direction for Pega within Procured Services
• ▹Represent the teams in Pega and CoE forums, raise challenges and bring back best practices
• ▹Act as a technical sounding board for LSA and SSA
• ▹Engage with the business and requirement owners on technical possibilities and implications
• ▹Follow technology developments and engage with the outside world
• ▹Advocate for robust, understandable, user-friendly solutions
• ▹Develop team ways of working together with managers and Scrum Masters

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical competence in the Pega platform
• ▹Ability to move between technical detail and a broader perspective
• ▹Communicative, trust-building approach between technology and business
• ▹Ability to challenge perspectives and drive shared decisions
