Responsibilities

• ▹Supporting MES/SAP rollouts and Data Migration validations
• ▹Assisting in coordinating activities across Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management
• ▹Assisting in the tracking, updating and monitoring of hardware and software assets in the organization's IT Asset Management systems
• ▹Intake and initial processing of IT demands submitted by business partners

Requirements

• ▹Ongoing full-time IT / IT Economics / Technical studies (University or College)
• ▹Advanced level general IT skills
• ▹Good written and spoken English skills
• ▹Availability to engage with Hydro for at least 6-12 months
• ▹Availability of minimum 20 hours/week
