Senior Architect – DevOps & Platform Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive the technology vision, architecture strategy, and roadmap for engineering platforms and software delivery ecosystems
• ▹Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices across multiple product organizations
• ▹Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and key technical decision-making processes
• ▹Drive consistency, scalability, security, resilience, and operational excellence across engineering platforms
• ▹Lead the evolution of modern software delivery capabilities including CI/CD, GitOps, Release Automation, Platform Engineering, and Cloud-Native technologies
• ▹Drive modernization of engineering toolchains including GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, observability platforms, infrastructure automation, and AI-assisted developer tooling
• ▹Lead innovation programs including hackathons, proof-of-concepts, and technical showcases
• ▹Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent tooling to improve engineering efficiency

Requirements

• ▹15+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure domains
• ▹8+ years in architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise platform strategy roles
• ▹Proven track record of driving large-scale DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and engineering transformation initiatives
• ▹Experience working with globally distributed engineering organizations and complex enterprise environments
• ▹Experience leading technical strategy and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business domains
