Director of Product, ClickHouse Cloud

Responsibilities

• ▹Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, covering replication, distributed query execution, fault tolerance, storage tiering, schema evolution, and disaster recovery
• ▹Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments across the database engine, storage layer, and query execution framework
• ▹Coach and mentor Product Managers across adjacent platform areas
• ▹Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success on product launches
• ▹Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer commitments
• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on product strategy, execution, risks, and trade-offs
• ▹Represent ClickHouse with strategic customers, partners, and at industry events

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of Product Management experience, including defining strategy for cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, or database products
• ▹Demonstrated ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams
• ▹Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern data infrastructure
• ▹Strong understanding of SQL, query execution, indexing, partitioning, and database performance optimization
• ▹Experience working with databases such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• ▹Familiarity with data lakes, ETL pipelines, CDC, and orchestration platforms
• ▹Experience shipping infrastructure capabilities such as replication, disaster recovery, or backup/restore workflows
• ▹Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

• ▹Experience working on or contributing to open-source projects
