Specialist GenAI Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end architecture for LLM-powered assistants, agents, Custom GPTs and RAG solutions
• ▹Translate business requirements into architecture documents, diagrams and implementation guidance
• ▹Select the right patterns (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic orchestration, workflow automation, model customization) based on quality, risk, scalability, latency and cost
• ▹Architect solutions using ChatGPT Enterprise, MCP-based apps, enterprise APIs, Databricks and vector search
• ▹Design agentic and event-driven solutions with OpenAI SDKs, LangChain/LangGraph and n8n
• ▹Build proofs of concept and reference implementations to validate architecture decisions
• ▹Conduct architecture and solution reviews, identifying technical and security risks
• ▹Establish reusable reference architectures, patterns and architecture decision records
• ▹Define safeguards against prompt injection, data leakage and unauthorized access
• ▹Mentor engineers and solution designers, run architecture consultations

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's with 8+ years) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Data Science
• ▹6+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, system design or solution architecture, including 2+ years leading end-to-end technical design
• ▹2+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering production GenAI applications, assistants, agents or RAG solutions on ChatGPT Enterprise or comparable platforms
• ▹Strong knowledge of GenAI solution architecture: model selection, prompt/context design, RAG, embeddings, vector and hybrid retrieval, agent orchestration
• ▹Experience architecting secure, scalable, production-ready solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EC2), with strong IAM, VPC and API Gateway knowledge
• ▹Experience designing secure enterprise integrations via REST APIs, event-driven patterns, OAuth and role-based access control
• ▹Strong hands-on Python proficiency for prototypes, reference implementations and APIs
• ▹Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical recommendations to engineers, product owners and senior leaders

• ▹Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI APIs/SDKs, MCP servers, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n
• ▹Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and other AWS AI services
• ▹Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, SQL Warehouses
• ▹Working knowledge of modern web architecture (TypeScript, React, Next.js, CI/CD)
• ▹Experience with responsible AI, threat modeling, AI security, model governance or regulated (GxP) environments
• ▹Relevant cloud, architecture, security or AI certifications
