Technical ECM Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Proactively identify development potential and support technical and business sales/pre-sales activities
• ▹Build sustainable, partnership-based customer relationships through active stakeholder management, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• ▹Securely introduce ECM systems into new or existing IT landscapes and process chains
• ▹Handle complex data and system migration tasks
• ▹Take (partial) end-to-end responsibility for ECM/e-file projects - from planning through successful go-live
• ▹Work hands-on, pragmatically, and solution-oriented from analysis through go-live

Requirements

• ▹University degree in informatics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• ▹At least 3 years of experience installing, configuring, and extending at least one ECM system
• ▹Solid practical experience in at least one programming language and one database system
• ▹Strong service orientation, quick comprehension, and high sense of responsibility
• ▹Very good German and good English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Confident, critical use of AI tools in the field
