Associate Technical Consultant (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and optimize innovative ServiceNow solutions for adesso clients across various industries (automotive, manufacturing, banking, retail, life sciences)
• ▹Work closely with business consultants to create functional and technical solution designs based on ServiceNow
• ▹Support the introduction, configuration, and training of ServiceNow products, with a focus on NOW modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, IRM/GRC, SecOps)
• ▹Run client meetings and actively help build and grow the ServiceNow@adesso competence center
• ▹Contribute to expanding the ServiceNow partnership, working with other adesso specialist competence centers (Security, GRC, Manufacturing, Retail)

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field
• ▹Experience in an IT consulting environment with a focus on ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform
• ▹Knowledge of solution and interface concepts and industry standards (ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript, SQL)
• ▹Initial experience with project methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, or Hybrid)
• ▹Very good German and good English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹ServiceNow 'Certified System Administrator' certification
• ▹PRINCE2, PMI, and/or Scrum certification
• ▹Confident daily use of AI tools
