Responsibilities

• ▹Support CRM campaigns: target group queries and segmentation based on business needs
• ▹Analyze the effectiveness of completed campaigns and uncover correlations
• ▹Prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc reports
• ▹Support the preparation of ownership and internal data deliverables
• ▹Participate in CRM and Customer Experience related projects

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree
• ▹At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM / campaign analysis / business analysis
• ▹Confident use of Excel
• ▹Basic knowledge and use of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
• ▹Understanding and use of SQL queries
• ▹Use of Python for analytical tasks
• ▹Familiarity with a programming / analytics environment (e.g. PL/SQL, BI tools)
• ▹Business mindset, analytical thinking
• ▹Intermediate English

Nice to have

• ▹CRM project experience
• ▹Experience in an insurance or multinational environment
• ▹BI reporting experience
• ▹Experience working in a regulated environment
