Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components
• ▹Design and implement new features
• ▹Optimize and refactor existing solutions
• ▹Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues
• ▹Develop and maintain integrations
• ▹Identify and implement automation opportunities
• ▹Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation
• ▹Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams
• ▹Occasionally investigate more complex application support issues

Requirements

• ▹Several years of practical experience as a Java developer
• ▹Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
• ▹Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
• ▹Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹At least business-level English or German language proficiency
• ▹Openness to working in an international team environment
• ▹Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code

Nice to have

• ▹German language skills
• ▹Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• ▹Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
• ▹Familiarity with the SCIM protocol
• ▹Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
• ▹PowerShell knowledge
• ▹Experience developing APIs and system integrations
• ▹Understanding of access management and identity management processes
• ▹Experience working in a large enterprise or international IT environment
