Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee PC lifecycle management and support of site-based IT systems
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, coordinating with other IT teams as needed
• ▹Provide hands-on "smart hands" support in server rooms, including installing and troubleshooting servers, VMs, and UPS systems
• ▹Support physical security systems such as access control (e.g., Lenel) and video surveillance
• ▹Perform advanced troubleshooting across LAN/WAN and OT environments and support network security operations
• ▹Manage on-site cellular infrastructure and provide mobile device support
• ▹Assess readiness of new OT/Industry 4.0 technologies for implementation (network connectivity, firewall, VLAN segmentation)
• ▹Follow ITSM processes: asset, change, incident, request, and problem management
• ▹Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and knowledge base articles
• ▹Own the annual refresh of the IT disaster recovery plan
• ▹Participate in application, infrastructure, security, and operational excellence initiatives
• ▹Conduct root cause analysis and problem management
• ▹Contribute to IT infrastructure budgeting, forecasting, and spend planning
• ▹Support internal audits related to IT processes, software, and licensing
• ▹Lead a team across at least 3 sites, including performance management, onboarding, and training
• ▹Coordinate and manage vendor relationships

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT experience, OR Associate's degree plus 5 years, OR high school diploma plus 7 years of IT experience
• ▹Minimum 5 years of relevant IT service delivery experience
• ▹Must currently reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI; no relocation offered
• ▹Due to ITAR requirements, must qualify as a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, asylee, or refugee)
• ▹Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Nice to have

• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT from an accredited institution
• ▹ITIL Foundation certification
