Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• ▹Build and consume REST APIs following best practices
• ▹Develop microservices-based solutions and contribute to system scalability
• ▹Deploy, monitor, and operate applications in OpenShift environments
• ▹Collaborate with React frontend teams for seamless service integration
• ▹Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
• ▹Develop and execute unit tests, supporting CI activities
• ▹Analyze incidents and propose performance, scalability, and security improvements
• ▹Work within Agile teams following Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Requirements

• ▹Proven backend development experience with Java
• ▹Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• ▹Experience with microservices architectures
• ▹Experience with Cassandra databases
• ▹Knowledge of Docker containers and OpenShift platforms
• ▹Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• ▹Experience using Git version control
• ▹Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Nice to have

• ▹Frontend development experience with React
• ▹Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
• ▹Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
