Responsibilities

• ▹Backend development within a specialised squad (e.g. Core Banking, Business Banking, Wealth, Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Platform, Fincrime, Security & Expansion)
• ▹Collaborating with product managers, designers, mobile and web engineers, data and business analysts
• ▹Building distributed systems and writing resilient software

Requirements

• ▹Strong backend experience on a technology product
• ▹Product mindset, data-informed decision making
• ▹Comfort working with ambiguity
• ▹Interest in distributed systems
• ▹Experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, C, Scala, etc.)
