Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the operation and development of RACF-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in an international environment
• ▹Support the design of authorization models, roles and access structures
• ▹Collaborate with teams working on IAM platforms, integration and security monitoring
• ▹Support the application of unified security standards and configurations across environments
• ▹Participate in compliance tasks related to audits and internal controls (for example ISAE 3402)
• ▹Support access review and privileged access management processes
• ▹Collect audit evidence, support report preparation and track corrective actions
• ▹Contribute to managing the full lifecycle of the mainframe IAM service
• ▹Support service monitoring, backlog management and SLA tracking
• ▹Participate in running standard processes and workflows, including ServiceNow-based processes
• ▹Identify service improvement opportunities and propose ways to increase efficiency
• ▹Participate in and provide professional support for projects affecting the mainframe security and RACF environment
• ▹Support enhancements, migrations and version upgrades related to RACF administration tools
• ▹Contribute to project planning, estimation and implementation tasks
• ▹Support modernization and optimization initiatives
• ▹Work closely with the infrastructure security, IAM Governance and application operations teams
• ▹Facilitate coordination between different stakeholders to achieve business and project goals

Requirements

• ▹Confident English, at least B2 level
• ▹Knowledge of the IBM z/OS mainframe environment
• ▹Advanced RACF administration and access management knowledge
• ▹Knowledge of IAM processes and related tools
• ▹Experience using IBM zSecure and RACF supporting tools
• ▹Knowledge of SIEM integrations and security monitoring solutions
• ▹Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks
• ▹Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk and Microsoft Entra ID

Nice to have

• ▹Italian language skills
• ▹Higher education degree in IT, engineering or a related field
• ▹Professional qualifications and certifications in mainframe, IAM or information security
• ▹Experience in the insurance or financial sector
