Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and enhance SAP HCM solutions with focus on Payroll (DE/CH/AT), Time Management and Pension modules
• ▹Perform analysis, debugging and optimization of payroll clusters and time evaluation results
• ▹Implement enhancements, user exits, BAdIs and interface developments (RFC, IDoc, proxies, APIs)
• ▹Support and troubleshoot Payroll Year-End, follow-up activities and operational issues
• ▹Manage integrations with SuccessFactors Employee Central and external providers
• ▹Handle incidents (SNOW) and change requests (JIRA), providing effort estimation and implementation
• ▹Collaborate closely with SAP Basis teams for system maintenance, patches, upgrades and tests
• ▹Provide expert consulting to business stakeholders and ensure process quality and compliance
• ▹Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• ▹Proven senior-level expertise in ABAP/ABAP OO, HR-Forms and complex HCM custom developments
• ▹Deep understanding of Payroll schemas, PCRs, Time Evaluation and cluster analysis
• ▹Experience with S/4HANA HCM (H4S4), HANA DB, Fiori and modernization topics
• ▹Strong interface know-how: CPI, RFC, IDoc, API-based integrations
• ▹Experience with German-speaking countries' payroll specifics (DE/CH/AT)
• ▹Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and QA
• ▹Fluent German and English
