Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical support to German-speaking customers by phone and electronic correspondence
• ▹Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective resolutions to end-users
• ▹Escalate complex technical matters to higher-level IT staff for timely resolution
• ▹Record, monitor and organize calls and service tickets to meet service level agreements
• ▹Ensure high customer satisfaction through swift and competent service

Requirements

• ▹German at B2 level minimum
• ▹English at B2 level minimum
• ▹Availability for night shifts
• ▹Attention to detail and multitasking ability
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
