Responsibilities

• ▹Support compliance, assessments, and certifications for ASPICE, ISO 26262, and related automotive standards through gap analysis and process improvement
• ▹Drive Software-Defined Vehicle, ADAS, and OTA transformation programs for automotive clients
• ▹Define and optimize software engineering, integration, validation, and testing strategies across the development lifecycle
• ▹Collaborate with Software, System Engineering, and Validation teams to ensure traceability and product quality
• ▹Enhance engineering toolchains, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices
• ▹Lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and contribute to engineering transformation roadmaps
• ▹As Senior Consultant: mentor junior consultants and lead project workstreams

Requirements

• ▹3-6+ years of experience in Automotive Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Product Development
• ▹Hands-on knowledge of ASPICE
• ▹Experience with ALM, testing, and model-based engineering tools (e.g. Jira, DOORS, Polarion, CANoe, dSPACE, Simulink, Rhapsody, PREEvision)
• ▹Master's degree in Computer Science, Software, Automation, or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
• ▹Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and ability to work in international, multi-stakeholder environments
• ▹Fluent Italian and English

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with ISO 26262, IATF 16949, or UNECE WP.29
• ▹Previous experience in consulting or process transformation projects
• ▹French or German language skills
• ▹ASPICE provisional Assessor certification, ADAS, OTA, or E/E architecture experience
