Responsibilities

• ▹Review and approve access entitlements across the company
• ▹Work closely with the Information Security team
• ▹Review access reports on a daily basis and take corrective/confirmative actions accordingly
• ▹Collaborate with various application teams and application owners
• ▹Handle and prioritize tickets

Requirements

• ▹Experience handling tickets
• ▹Ability to prioritize tickets
• ▹Excellent communication skills, as the role involves interacting with high-profile users
• ▹Teamwork and collaboration when tasks depend on multiple teams
• ▹Conflict management and handling difficult users
• ▹Mandatory: Desktop Support experience
• ▹1-3 years of relevant experience

Nice to have

• ▹Background in Service Desk or IT support with knowledge of ticketing tools
