Technical Services Manager (TSM) – with SAP BASIS

Responsibilities

• ▹Assess the customer's business requirements for their SAP landscape
• ▹Navigate and mitigate cloud adoption challenges together with business network partners
• ▹Suggest solutions and services, positioning the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio
• ▹Ensure smooth transitions by identifying and resolving issues
• ▹Design optimal configurations to maximize performance and availability
• ▹Act as an escalation point for technical issues

Requirements

• ▹Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Basis or S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools, or SAP HANA
• ▹Solid know-how of hyperscalers
• ▹Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
• ▹Experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions
• ▹Consulting experience in technology consulting with a strong focus on customer interaction
