Responsibilities

• ▹Contributing to enterprise IT security projects using state-of-the-art technologies
• ▹Installing, configuring, and integrating endpoint protection solutions across various client environments
• ▹Designing and fine-tuning policy rulesets
• ▹Providing operational support: troubleshooting, system updates, performance optimization
• ▹Technical consultation with clients, requirement gathering, and developing solution proposals
• ▹Creating documentation: implementation records, operating guides, knowledge-base materials, work instructions, and reports

Requirements

• ▹Experience in IT operations
• ▹Knowledge of endpoint protection technologies
• ▹Understanding of the security aspects of Windows and Linux operating systems
• ▹Knowledge of networking technologies and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• ▹Deeper knowledge of network protocols
• ▹Logical engineering mindset
• ▹Communication and problem-solving skills
• ▹Systems thinking
• ▹Openness to new professional knowledge, willingness to learn
• ▹English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience implementing endpoint protection solutions
• ▹Relevant experience with Trellix, Symantec, or Trend Micro endpoint protection solutions
• ▹Proficiency in EDR, XDR, DLP, and email protection functions
• ▹Endpoint protection, networking, or IT security certifications and vendor exams (e.g. CCNA, vendor certifications)
• ▹Customer-oriented mindset and communication skills
