BI Support Specialist (Budapest)
In this role you take part in the daily operation of the team, working with and supporting data replication products running on relational database engines. You will minimize database downtime, manage parameters for fast query responses, and recommend database updates and configuration changes. The position covers service request, incident, problem, and change management, handling customer tickets within their SLAs and jumping into troubleshooting calls. Readiness for 24/7 shift work is required.
Responsibilities
- ▹Work with and support data replication products running on relational database (RDBMS) engines
- ▹Minimize database downtime and manage parameters for fast query responses
- ▹Recommend database updates and configuration modifications
- ▹Handle service request, incident, problem, and change management
- ▹Handle customer-submitted tickets within their corresponding SLAs
- ▹Join troubleshooting calls
- ▹Reproduce errors present in the customer's environment
Requirements
- ▹3-5 years of work experience with SQL
- ▹Experience with Linux
- ▹DBA experience
- ▹Snowflake experience
- ▹Fluent English
- ▹Readiness to work in shifts (24/7)
