Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Frame and challenge business, data and IT needs to define a target architecture
• ▹Design end-to-end data architectures: ingestion, data lake/lakehouse, data warehouse, transformation, exposure, security, quality, observability and FinOps
• ▹Define analytics models, datamarts, semantic layers, business metrics and indicator repositories ensuring consistency and reusability
• ▹Architect modern BI solutions: workspaces, semantic models, certified datasets, self-service BI, access governance
• ▹Design conversational 'Talk to my Data' experiences letting users query their data in natural language
• ▹Integrate generative AI into analytics platforms: semantic layer, catalog, query engine, agent orchestration, data security and answer explainability
• ▹Lead PoCs, demos and MVPs around Copilot, analytics agents, metadata RAG, SQL/DAX generation and documentation automation
• ▹Define industrialization standards: Git, CI/CD, automated tests, documentation, observability, multi-environment deployment
• ▹Support data engineering, analytics engineering, data visualization and business teams in adopting the architectures and AI-driven solutions

Requirements

• ▹Engineering or university degree (Bac+5 level)
• ▹At least 15 years of experience in Data, BI or Modern Data Platform projects, including several years in an architecture or technical lead role
• ▹Proven experience deploying a modern data visualization platform, ideally around Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
• ▹Significant experience with conversational AI solutions applied to data: Talk to my Data, analytics agent, NLQ, KPI generation, on-the-fly dashboards or decision-support assistants
• ▹Strong knowledge of end-to-end data architectures: medallion architectures, Lakehouse, cloud Data Warehouse, Modern Data Platform, Data Mesh
• ▹Experience with at least one modern platform: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure, AWS or GCP
• ▹Excellent Power BI and Microsoft Fabric knowledge: tenant, workspaces, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, security and governance
• ▹Experience with RAG architectures, agents, LLM orchestration and metadata vectorization
• ▹Knowledge of Git, CI/CD and test automation practices

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Power BI, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or similar assistants
• ▹Knowledge of Data Mesh / Data Product oriented architectures
