Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Transform the DevOps platform to align with modern cloud-native tooling and practices
• ▹Transform production monitoring and operations with modern automation and AI tools
• ▹Incorporate AI tooling throughout the architecture to empower engineers
• ▹Help re-architect monolithic .NET Framework and legacy JavaScript systems into a modular, platform-focused architecture
• ▹Mentor engineers across Campminder in DevOps skills and practices
• ▹Collaborate across engineering to define and implement DevOps and AI best practices

Requirements

• ▹Experience supporting AI tooling in development, testing, and deployment workflows
• ▹Experience fully automating testing/deployment pipelines and implementing CI/CD across monolithic and greenfield systems
• ▹Experience significantly improving local developer experience in a monolithic system
• ▹Experience transforming monitoring, alerting, and production operations tooling to best practices
• ▹Extensive experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform), Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• ▹Networking and security best practices
• ▹Track record of mentoring and teaching engineers in DevOps growth
• ▹Track record of empowering delivery teams to move quickly and unblock themselves
