Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
• ▹Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill and credibility
• ▹Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• ▹Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
• ▹Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• ▹Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles and create other public or private enablement material

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• ▹Openness to various and complex assignments requiring strong judgment, collaboration and leadership
• ▹First class written and oral communication skills for remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers
• ▹Ability to skillfully articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the products
• ▹Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
• ▹Must be located in Spain

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• ▹Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC
